A Kid With A Lot of Voices

As a kid, I loved imitating voices, characters, commercials, and people I knew, most of the time for amusement, and occasionally… at exactly the wrong time. Looking back, those playful impressions were the beginning of a lifelong love of performance and creating voices, and laying down the foundation for a career I hadn’t imagined yet.

Discovering Performance

That passion unknowingly led me to live performance entertainment, doing improv, living statue, and performing mostly on stilts far and wide, and even appearing as a featured extra on my stilts on Hulu’s Castle Rock, giving me my first taste of that side of the entertainment industry. All those experiences taught me to embrace creativity, adaptability, and the unexpected paths that often lead us exactly where we’re meant to be.

Finding Voiceover

I never imagined those early impressions and performance entertainment would lead me to voice acting, but in many was they prepared me for it. Something that became a dream in my late teens, something I thought never would come to reality. I started taking it serious and wanting to work with some of the best in the industry. I got my first taste with Sara Jane Sherman, who eventually recommended I dive down the commercial realm of voiceover. Thats when I found J. Michael Collins, who has been an amazing coach, mentor, and produced my demo with his JMC Demo team. Today, I continue to work on my craft and expand my abilities, I use the tools my coaches gave me and ones I learned unknowingly and I bring that same sense of creativity, adaptability, and performance to every projects that come my way with all the knowledge I’ve learned and continue to.
